COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for information
(i.e., sending an e-mail or entering the secure parts of our web site to view personal account information, etc.). Certain areas and
features of the website are available to you without registration or the need to provide any information to DERP. However, to view member
specific information you need to provide a login ID and password ("Registration Information"). Access to your Registration Information is
strictly restricted to DERP employees and contractors working on behalf of DERP who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

pages visited, and average time spent on our website. This general information is collected for analysis and statistical purposes. This information

E-mails
Inquiries, requests and other communication may be transmitted to DERP via e-mail. E-mail is not a secure platform. Information passed through

Security number, etc.) via an e-mail. Any request for information that requires DERP to respond with confidential information will be responded
to, in writing, at the last known address that DERP has on file for the member. DERP will not respond to the e-mail request via an e-mail response.
Although DERP strives to respond to e-mail inquiries as soon as possible, it makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, as to the timeliness
of its response to e-mail nor does it assume any legal liability or responsibility for the consequences resulting from action taken by recipients

When DERP asks a member to enter sensitive information in the secure areas of this website, (such as user ID, password, or a portion of the member's
Social Security number, etc.), that information is encrypted and protected.
